I played with Timmy a couple days ago. TBH as he knows the performances he had with me weren't too sharp. Most of them he got negative scores which didn't seem to really improve. I told him that he has to avoid getting negative scores if he wants to get in and he agreed.

Work hard, train hard and hopefully we will see an improvement. I think RiA are looking for as much consistent 2/1 k/d's as poss without camping
