Dan, I know im not a co-leader but here my input.

Gaming Skills: Appear very sharp, he tends to have a good kill rate and has very good accuracy as demonstrated in his use of the G3. He is an efficient killer that proves he has experience.

Teamwork: Outstanding, he can pick up what direction the team are heading even with minimal voice guidance. He works with the team to maximize points and will apologize for taking someone's Last Stand kill LoL

Voice Communication: Tends to use the mic a fair amount and will tell an team member if there is someone they need to look out for. It is promising that he always wears it and makes good use of it the majority of the time.

Clan Suitability: I feel that he suits the clan well as he does not seriously lack in any factors imo. No-body's perfect but he ticks alot of the boxes for RiA.

Friendliness: Very friendly and cheery guy, always up for a laugh and I personally classify him a good mate of mine.
